Contact lists and messaging data
Contact lists submitted for email or text services are processed only to prepare, review, deliver, document, and support the approved campaign. Customers must have the permission required to contact every recipient and must not submit purchased, rented, scraped, or improperly shared lists. We apply available consent, do-not-disturb, STOP, suppression, and unsubscribe controls before delivery. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Smooth Waters does not receive or store your complete card number through the public checkout. Stripe’s handling of payment information is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy and terms.
